Payments
We accept payments through Square, Inc. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Square, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
Orders and Delivery
Upon receipt of you order, you will receive an acknowledgement via email. Please note that all payment and ordering information is kept strictly confidential and is destroyed after the transaction has cleared. Your order will ship within 24 hours of cleared payments. All jewelry is shipped and insured via USPS and is paid for by the customer. Please note that special, custom orders will take longer. Timeframe for delivery will be discussed at the time of placing order. If a delay is anticipated, you will be notified by email.
Custom order pricing is agreed upon at the time of ordering. Any changes the customer makes to the design after the original order and prior to delivery will be recalculated and confirmed with the customer prior to shipment.
Because our designs are one of a kind, there is the possibility that an online order placed may have already been sold. If this happens, you will receive a full refund for that item and the option to cancel any coordinating items.
Refunds and Returns
Online and phone orders can be returned or exchanged within 15 days after you receive your merchandise. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. The item or items returned must be in its original condition and not worn. The item must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied with the receipt. Once we receive the original item, we will then issue a credit. The credit will not include original shipping charges.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
If you utilize the provided contact form, your name and email address will be maintained as long as necessary for customer service purposes. Your personal information will not be used for any marketing purposes.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year.
